Your responsibilities

  • Designing and programming mobile Android and iOS apps
  • Participating in code reviews
  • Participating in design meetings according to the Agile methodology
  • Collaborating with other programmers, testers, a product owner, and a UX designer

Our requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience in programming mobile apps using Dart / Flutter technology or native Android Java apps
  • Object-oriented programming skills, inclination towards high-quality coding, knowledge of concepts such as polymorphism, encapsulation, and design patterns
  • SQL knowledge
  • Communication skills, focus on development, and willingness to learn new mobile technologies

Helpful skills

  • Experience in developing apps with Java Spring

  • Experience in developing WEB apps with Angular

Recruitment process step-by-step

01. Meeting with a manager

First, you will meet with the manager of the department you’re applying to, in person or online. You will learn more about what we do and the role you’re applying for.

02. Recruitment task

After or during the meeting we will ask you to complete a short recruitment task so that we can see you in action. This will also give you an idea of what your tasks would look like.

03. Next meeting

After you submit the task, we will contact you with feedback and inform you whether we decided to invite you for another meeting. During the second meeting, you will learn more about working at Globema and we will get to know you even better.

04. Decision

If all goes well, we will make a job offer. We hope you will accept so we will have the chance to work together 🙂
