Technical Support Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for external customers and the company’s business division
  • Preparing test cases and scenarios as well as technical documentation
  • Ensuring high quality of produced software
  • Conducting trainings and product presentations
  • Collaborating with the programming team

Our requirements

  • Graduates or last year students of technical universities
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge about telecommunications, energy, heating, and gas industries or geodesy and cartography
  • Communication skills, teamwork skills
  • Precision and diligence at work

Helpful skills

  • Knowing software testing techniques
  • Knowing how to create SQL queries
  • Linux knowledge

Recruitment process step-by-step

01. Meeting with a manager

First, you will meet with the manager of the department you’re applying to, in person or online. You will learn more about what we do and the role you’re applying for.

02. Recruitment task

After or during the meeting we will ask you to complete a short recruitment task so that we can see you in action. This will also give you an idea of what your tasks would look like.

03. Next meeting

After you submit the task, we will contact you with feedback and inform you whether we decided to invite you for another meeting. During the second meeting, you will learn more about working at Globema and we will get to know you even better.

04. Decision

If all goes well, we will make a job offer. We hope you will accept so we will have the chance to work together 🙂
